Summary
Mitsy's birthday party is going to be the social event of the year until Leelu, the daughter of a famous rock star, comes to town. Leelu demands fashion perfection, which Mitsy is lacking. So Leelu rejects Mitsy's party invitation and insists that everyone else do the same. Mitsy's only remaining friend, Hermie, tries to save the day, but is caught in an evil plan by Leelu's mother.
