Mike Yankowski and Sam Purvis spent over five months living the lives of homeless vagrants, sleeping on the streets and under bridges. Panhandling to sustain their existence, they experienced firsthand the extreme pains of hunger, the constant uncertainty and danger of living on the streets, exhaustion, depression, and social rejection.
