Summary
Damien and Thomas are French teenagers from very different upbringings who go to the same high school andcan't stand each other. When circumstances bring Damien's mother Marianne to invite Thomas to live them, the young men are forced to coexist and work through their emerging attraction and complicated desires. Generally absent French army rescue helicopter pilot Nathan Delille's teen son Damienis the model student in his Alpine village school. He takes self-defense lessons from veteran neighbor Paolo, which he needs as he's being bullied by Thomas Chardoul, the doted-upon adopted son of petty cattle farmers Jacques and Christine Chardoul. When the school principal breaks up a fight between Thomas and Damien and punishes both of them for it, Damian's mother, Dr. Marianne Delille, takes Thomas in after Thomas's mother is diagnosing as pregnant. The teens are forced to pretend to be friends as they fight in secret; yet they end up bonding over time and confidences, as the closeted gay Damien's grades start to slip due to his crush on Tom, and Tom takes over as class champion thanks to the Delille's home tutoring. But when their previous, now irrelevant fights come out, Tom and Damien are separated, only to eventually reunite intimately after a family tragedy
