The Stuart Scruggs Residence Architectural Renderings, 1938, consist of c.2 cubic feet of architectural drawings and typed specifications prepared by the architectural firm of M.F. Fooshee and J.B. Cheek of 1901 1/2 North Harwood, Dallas, Texas. The residence was constructed during 1938 at the corner of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Gilbert Street, 3715 Turtle Creek Boulevard. As of 1985, the residence has been razed and an apartment complex stands on the property. The specifications for the residence, include 34 pages, delineating forty-four aspects of the construction from definitions to clean up. The residence drawings consist of eleven sheets, 35"x24", and one drawing of the garage, 20"x16". The scale is 1/4"=1'-0". The drawings include front elevations and floor plans. The plans and specifications have been deacidified and are stored in acid free folders
