The bulk of the collection consists of scrapbooks compiled by members of the Cecilian Club. They contain yearbooks, newspaper clippings, photographs, programs, and other information about club activities. Some of the documents are from the Texas Federation of Music Clubs, an organization with which the Cecilian Club is affiliated. The collection also contains loose yearbooks (1971-1988) and some Texas Federation of Music Clubs newsletters and programs from the 1980's
