The small town of Clear Lake, WI, fell victim to a strange and horrible disease in 1994. The local preacher blamed the outbreak on the sins of the people and recruited a group of high school students to kidnap the worst of the sinners. By the time the government health officials arrived, most of the townspeople had fled. Fifteen years later, a filmmaker tracks down the four surviving students and convinces them to go back to tell their story. Upon their return, strange things begin to happen
