Summary
An aspiring author with writer's block earns a living by designing crossword puzzles. One day he receives a threatening message stating that he must include the word "adversary" in the crossword puzzle to be published close to Palm Sunday. Convinced that it is all a bad joke, he still gives into the blackmail, and finds his action has unleashed a series of terrible events
