Summary
Guadalupe Padilla is a revolutionary chief who decides to take a seat assured by the federal government. When he enters home of one the town rich, he discovers by accident that in that same place members of the Rome-Tokyo-Berlin axis have met to conspire to defeat the allies in WWI.
