Summary
Pamela is the second of three sisters who are trying to keep their lives together after their mother kicks their father out of the house. Pamela has an imaginary guide, a character from the television show Kung Fu, to help her and advise her when times turn tough. She also has her sisters, who live one another enough to patch the family together once their mother's health begins to fail. But Pamela's quest is her own--and she will keep searching to find what will make her happy and her life complete
