Summary
He's got no style or flash, but Swedish detective Martin Beck is superb at one thing, methodically catching criminals and putting them away. He's joined in these episodes by Steinar Hovland, an accomplished investigator from Oslo, Norway, whose relaxed manner belies his killer drive in the interrogation room. Beck learns to work with his new colleague but also finds out that Steiner brings with him the baggage of a complicated home life. The two men have a lot in common, however
